With more than 15 years in tech and recruiting, Jason leverages his background and uncanny ability to connect with people to place the right people in roles that optimize their talents and strengths. As Managing Partner of ATP, it’s his job to guarantee happy clients.
He has worked with some of the fastest growing companies in the country and filled highly technical engineering roles to C-Level roles. This experience gives him increased insight into the intricacies of these challenging, yet exciting, recruiting environments.
Jason fell in love with travel during his first trip overseas: a ride on the Tran-Siberian Railroad. Prior to recruiting, he worked for five years traveling the world from Antarctica to the Arctic Circle at National Geographic/Lindblad Expeditions. Today, in his free time, you can still find him trail-running, globe-trotting, cooking new dishes or dining at the newest hot spot.
Lee Mebel, PHR
With more than 15 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition for hyper-growth Consumer Product Goods (CPG) companies such as Halo Top and Wild Tonic, Lee understands that a successful business requires high-performing employees to flourish. Lee is equally comfortable and intimately familiar with large corporations including RE/MAX and Twitter.
His unique skill set especially augments hiring during the fragile growth cycle from startup to medium-sized companies. He then often replaces himself by developing and executing an in-house talent acquisition strategy for these companies when they’re ready.
Lee brings to his professional life the same energetic zest for adventure and affinity for positive interpersonal relationships that pervade his personal life. He is driven to continually push beyond his personal boundaries while giving back to the community. He regularly spends his time with physically challenged athletes and inner city youth as well as helping out with international disaster recovery efforts. Outside of work and volunteering, you’ll find him adventuring in the mountains of Colorado by foot, ski, mountain bike, rope, and whitewater SUP.

Oliver has more than 10 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, marketing, and business development, along with high-level ATS skills and a personal dedication to assisting others in developing their careers.
Before joining the Alpine Talent Partners team, Oliver was a Talent Manager at a large-scale printing company, where he recruited candidates for several manufacturing facilities across the U.S., created recruiting and hiring SOPs, and provided ATS training.
In previous positions, Oliver led recruiting efforts for several companies throughout the country. He also created company marketing strategies, conducted candidate interviews, offer negotiations, trained managers on best practices and implemented ATS.
Clients who work with Oliver will see his passion for recruiting and see how that translates to his candidates. When not recruiting, Oliver is an angler, always chasing after a new fish.

Erica began her career in selective college admissions, before transitioning to corporate recruiting for the software industry. She loves working with innovative high growth technology companies and strategically recruiting top talent for their teams, and she has the experience and versatility to recruit for any technical or non-technical position.
She is passionate about helping managers hire the perfect fit and making the hiring process smooth and enjoyable for candidates.
An east coast transplant, Erica still drives like a New Yorker and roots for the Red Sox. In her free time, she can be found chasing after her energetic preschooler, debating politics and searching for decent bagels in the Grand Canyon State.
Alanna started her HR career in tech and quickly found she enjoyed the fast-paced, innovative nature of the companies she supported. She brings a modern approach to HR whether it’s looking for just the right payroll system or creating an employee engagement program to everything in between. She believes that creating an amazing employee experience leads to high performing companies.

Alanna traded the beautiful Great Lakes for mountains when she moved to Boulder. She continues to enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer. When she’s not partnering with high performing companies she can be found trail-running or snowboarding.
